Despite the recent pandemic, we are committed to do what we can to run the event this year, in a safe manner for our dancers.  We have had lengthy discussions with the hotel and feel that there is a safe way to move forward.  Our goal is to get everyone dancing again!

Many parts of the event this year are very fluid and we will be continually updating our social media pages when modifications are announced.  We recommend that you follow us on Facebook or Instagram for the most up-to-date information.

  • The event will run Friday and Saturday only.  We will only be running the Night Club events as space and time allow, they will be dancing before the Rhythm events on Friday morning.

  • We ask that competitors please send their entries in as soon as possible and/or notify us of your intention to compete so that we can gauge interest and plan appropriately.   Please do not send in money with your registration.

  • We will not be offering packages this year since we understand that many competitors will be coming to dance and then leave.  We do not want anyone to feel obligated to stick around.  There will be a nominal registration fee of $50.00 for all competitors.

  • There will be no on-deck area and there will be no awards given out in the ballroom.  We will be adhering to strict social distancing guidelines at all times throughout the event.

  • No spectator tickets will be sold and spectators will be limited and spaced out according to guidelines.  Check with the organizers for any questions.

  • Temperatures will be taken and sanitizing of surfaces and chairs will be done frequently.

  • There will be no fees for cancelled entries due to illness.  Prize money will be subject to reduction.

  • Masks will not be required in the ballroom for competitors.  The hotel is currently not requiring, but recommending, that masks be worn while in the hotel.

  • All doors to the ballroom will be open.  This will allow for ease of entry and exit, and circulation of air.
